What is Library Routine?
A ready-made routine provided with the language that a program can call without defining it, limited in this syllabus to MOD, DIV, ROUND and RANDOM.

Library Routine in context
The syllabus limits the operators you can be asked about to three closed lists. Arithmetic: +, −, /, *, ^ (raised to the power of), MOD and DIV. Relational: =, <, <=, >, >=, <>, and the result of a relational operation is always of data type BOOLEAN. Logical: AND, OR, NOT only, and their operands and their results are always BOOLEAN. The library routines are MOD, DIV, ROUND and RANDOM.
