Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. The revision notes, the topical practice questions and their mark schemes are free and stay free. There is no card required and no trial clock -- a free account keeps working after the first week.
How do I pay from Bangladesh?
By bKash, at ৳499 a month or ৳3,588 a year. Send the payment, submit the transaction ID, and Pro is applied to your account once it clears.
How do I pay from outside Bangladesh?
By card or PayPal through Paddle, our merchant of record, at $6.99 a month or $59.88 a year. You can cancel at any time from your billing hub.
Can I get a refund?
Pro subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, with specific exceptions for billing errors, double charges, verified technical faults and accidental purchases reported within 24 hours. The Refund Policy sets out each case, and we review requests within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I get Pro without paying?

Do the daily limits change?
They can. We tune the Miqo and mock-exam allowances as capacity allows, and this page reads the limits that are actually in force rather than restating them, so what you see here is what your account gets.
