These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Academiq (“Academiq”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), available at academiq-edu.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding agreement with us. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
• One account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for TODO_ANY unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Abuse the AI Tutor, referral system, or free quotas, including through automated or fraudulent use.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Certain features require a paid “Pro” subscription. Prices are shown in the Service and may change with notice.
• Payments are processed by our providers, Paddle and bKash. Your subscription grants access for the stated validity period.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun. Contact us for billing questions.
• Referral rewards, where offered, extend Pro validity subject to the conditions shown at the time of the offer, and may be changed or withdrawn.

5. The AI Tutor (Miqo)

Miqo is an AI-powered study aid that generates explanations and worked solutions. It can make mistakes and may produce incomplete or incorrect answers. Miqo is provided for learning support only and is not a substitute for your own study, your teacher, or official examination materials. You are responsible for verifying TODO_ANY answer before relying on it. Academiq is not liable for outcomes based on AI-generated content.

6. Educational content

Revision notes, questions, and materials are provided for personal, non-commercial study. References to Cambridge, O Level, IGCSE, or other syllabuses are for identification only; Academiq is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TODO_ANY examination board.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Academiq or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at TODO_ANY time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms Academiq or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of TODO_ANY kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. We do not guarantee TODO_ANY specific academic result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academiq and its team will not be liable for TODO_ANY indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for TODO_ANY claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
